All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
This policy will not apply if the initial content/design has been delivered or revisions have been requested within the mentioned timeframe. Similarly, no refund due to a change of mind will be entertained after this period.
If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial content(s), you will be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial content delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
If a refund request is made between 48–120 hours of the initial content delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial content delivery.
However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us at support@americanlogoweb.com in case of any concern.
If you request a refund before we start working on your project, 100% of your payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted).
You may request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we will refund the balance payment of your order.
The amount for which we have already completed work on your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the remaining balance payment will be refunded.
However, if you have a specific complaint and believe a full refund is justified, you may send a refund request to support@americanlogoweb.com, and we will review your case fairly.
If deliverables are shared with a client and there is no communication or feedback for a prolonged period (2 months), and the client later requests a refund, such requests will not be eligible for a refund.
This ensures that our team’s time and effort are respected, and that projects are concluded efficiently.
No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing it.
If you wish to reactivate your order after inactivity, a reactivation fee will be charged based on your project type.
No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For American Logo Web, custom package refunds will apply the same as for individual packages.
For example, if you order both a logo and a book cover design service and approve the logo, you may still claim a refund for the book cover design service only, at the time of initial content review.
A refund request must include a valid reason, which will be reviewed against the content brief and customer feedback.
Unless a concept has not been created according to the provided brief, a refund will not be issued.
However, we will continue to provide revisions until full satisfaction is achieved.
Our money-back guarantee is based on the understanding that the order is placed in good faith.
If a customer places identical content orders with multiple agencies to claim multiple refunds, it will not be considered good faith.
In such cases, American Logo Web reserves the right to decline a refund.
All content projects require client feedback before finalization. Therefore, it is essential that customers stay engaged and provide timely feedback to ensure the best results.
